Summary

As a product and system analyst, I have successfully designed and implemented innovative solutions that improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics and supply chain operations. I have more than six years of experience in product management, business system analysis, user acceptance testing, QA and process improvement in complex business processes.

I am driven by the desire to enhance the quality and performance of the logistics systems (such as WMS, TMS) and processes, and to deliver value to the clients and stakeholders. I work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to identify and resolve root causes, implement best practices, and monitor outcomes. I also provide guidance and support to junior analysts, and share my knowledge and expertise in the product and system analytics world.
