As an Operations Manager at JLL Technologies, I lead a team of 7+ people on the integrated workplace management system (IWMS) platform on the CRE industry, delivering innovative solutions and providing excellent customer service. I have 11.5 years of experience in product development and customer support, and I am an IBM Certified TRIRIGA Professional and Scrum Alliance certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
My core competencies include resourcing to project planning, implementation and provide input on timelines, resources and risks. Also having expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, support, and documentation of IWMS projects. Also, analyse process trends, customer needs and apply industry best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Having experience in leading scrum calls, estimate team velocity, allocate work to the developers, and conduct sprint demos to the clients in my past experience as a Package Solution Consultant at IBM. I have successfully completed multiple projects in India, Sweden, and Singapore, and I have won the IBM Service Excellence Award and the Eminence and Excellence (SPARK) Award for my outstanding performance.
