I am an MBA graduate from IIM Bangalore (2014-2016) with an overall work experience of 10 years in strategy, growth, digital, sales and marketing.

As Zonal Business Head at Byju's, I spearheaded the business operations and growth strategy of Byju's Tuition Classes business unit across Mumbai to make the P&L profitable. I also created GTM strategies basis consumer insights to achieve high-quality lead gen and increase the conversion metrics to meet the pre-sales and post-sales KPIs. Spearheaded a team of 150 members to run 14 business units across the Mumbai region.

I also worked as National Head-Digital for direct and programmatic advertising at Deccan Herald for 1.5 years, where I led the CEO's projects to develop revenue growth strategies.

While at the Times of India, I created brand campaigns for clients in various categories, such as FMCG, Education, Clothing, and Consumer Durables, among others. My responsibilities included detailed market analysis, ideation based on consumer insights and clients' brief, ATL and BTL, and end-to-end media planning and execution.
