Summary
With 12 years of experience in strategy and analytics, I have led teams of innovative and diverse professionals to tackle critical business problems and opportunities. My mission is to leverage my analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to create value and impact for organizations and communities.
Most recently, I built and led a new strategic consulting function for Credit Card, Capital One's largest and most profitable division. In this role, I assessed new areas of opportunity, competitive threats, acquisition diligence, and regulatory impacts for the business. I was responsible for collating all of these factors into a cohesive vision and presenting robust recommendations to senior leaders. Previously, I managed the end-to-end strategy and analytics agenda for Capital One Cafes, the company's flagship retail experience. In this role, I mapped out the destination physical presence strategy, managed an annual operating budget of over $200M, and built an expertise in retail strategy, network planning, customer experience strategy, and marketing analysis.
