I am a self-motivated individual who recently received a Masters of Science in Data Science at my alma mater Texas Tech University, where I also completed my bachelors degree in Business Administration in Management from the Rawls College of Business. I have been creating dashboards and data visualizations to understand opportunities progress within the organization and provide insights of next actions.

As I embark on my new job, there are a few expectations that I hold dear. First and foremost, I hope to have a flexible work schedule that allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. It is also important to me that there is clear communication among colleagues and management, with frequent feedback on expectations, goals, and progress.
