Summary
Hello Team, I previously I was working with Brigdenext as Software analyst where my role is to analyse the product support. My roles and responsibilities in this company is to gather requirements for the product which can be any feature requests or change requests related to any bugs raised. I used to monitor dashboards, do release formalities like taking approvals, creating pre-requesites also perform technical troubleshooting for product related issues, which includes of finding error logs, manage permissions and fulfill the product related requests for the clients. I am also responsible to perform sanity checks for various production and test environments and generate a sanity report for the same. Helped the clients to resolve the issues on Jira and providing resolution to the users for the reported issues and requests by referring to the Knowledge articles/ confluence pages to provide accurate and correct resolutions to user as well as referring to the previous cases to check the actions taken to resolve the issues. Also I used to make the FRD's for the new requirements.
before that I was working with IDeaS as a technical support engineer where I used o help client to perform installation and configuration of the product on client server by taking remote access of their machine. I used to perform the troubleshooting for the reported issues also fulfill the user requests for feature enablement and disablement. Performed scheduled installations for the product and linked it with the oracle PMS using port, agent ID and Oracle credentials. Also I used to send the decisions for the newly installed properties where these decisions where uploaded on the official website of the property as well as on the third party websites. I also had a role to assign the tickets to the teammates based on their roles and capabilities on Salesforce.
and Previous to that I was working with TTEC as technical support specialist where I used to check and validate the payment method used to make a purchase. I had released the stuck payments manually for users. Verified user accounts by doing the KYC process and validating the documents as per the government standards. Monitored customers account for any suspicious activity such as account takeover and high risk transactions. Reinstated and suspended users accounts through proper investigation.
