I possess a wide range of skills and experience as a business analyst and Salesforce Admin in the healthcare industry. Im expertise in Salesforce functionality, medical costs/utilization drivers, Federal contracts, X12 transactions, health care act, and EDI transactions, and functional knowledge of Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). Im also skilled in GAP analysis, Financial Analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), SWOT analysis, Cost-benefit analysis, and ROI analysis. They possess extensive knowledge of member enrolment and billing information and are a strong business analyst with healthcare experience in ICD-9/ICD-10. Having experience in designing and developing ETL processes from Staging to Data warehouse and to Data mart. Additionally, I have a comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various SDLC methodologies such as Agile (Scrum), RUP, and Waterfall.
