I am a graduate of Arizona State University, where I earned a Master of Science in Information Technology Technical Project Management with a GPA of 4.0/4.0. Furthermore, I have several certifications, including ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator, Foundations of Project Management by Google, Agile Project Management with JIRA, and Power BI Essentials certification.
