In my most recent position as a Technical Support Analyst at Michelin, I actively utilized SQL, ERP, ServiceNow, EBS, Excel, and ETL technologies to support and enhance the company's operations. I was responsible for managing data integration, providing technical assistance, and leveraging SQL for data study.

Furthermore, I have also gained valuable experience as the Head of Operations and a core team member at RoomLelo, a startup company. In this role, I successfully managed data and services, analyzing them to identify trends and implement strategies for improved growth and performance.

Expectations
