Summary

I am a business analyst with a proven track record of adapting to shifting business needs and priorities. I have experience working with organizations of varying sizes and expertise in operational assessment strategies and functional analysis methodologies.

Currently, I am working as a Business Analyst at Visdum in Noida, where I collaborate with leadership teams and major stakeholders to provide reporting, analysis, and business presentations that inform divisional strategies. In my role, I have successfully translated company demands into requirements and project scope, managed top 6 ARR-generating enterprises like Haptik, DarwinBox, Subex, and others.

Previously, I worked as a Junior Operations Manager at Avalon Meta in Bengaluru, where I handled majority of operations and sales, resolving issues and enhancing experience in accordance with client expectations. I increased the effective community reach of service to 140% and managed a team of 5 interns. I developed and implemented productivity assessment practices, increasing efficiency growth rate to 125%.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) in New Delhi, with a CGPA of 9.02, where I also served as the Placement Cell Coordinator, managing 15 on-campus recruitment drives.

In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, CRMs, Jira, and Power BI. I previously co-founded Till Age Chemical India, where I manufactured six organic fertilizers for different soil types after exhaustive soil profile analysis. With well-thought-out plans, I increased the monthly sales of each product to more than 1,000 units and enforced optimal internal policies to maintain responsiveness to demands.
