I am actively seeking a role in Business or Product Analytics or related. With a versatile background in QA, sales, customer operations, and consulting, I am eager to transition into the analytics field and leverage my diverse expertise.
Throughout my career journey, I've transitioned from a QA engineer to roles in sales, business development, account management, and project delivery, focusing on cultivating a customer-service mindset and building strong relationships across various teams. My ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business contexts has been proven and perfected.
Over the past 8 years, I have honed my skills in presales, communication, negotiation, project delivery, and business operations. I have experience leading cross-functional Agile teams and driving business change and growth. Recently, I have been developing my data analysis skills, practicing SQL, Python (Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn), and dashboard creation (Looker, learning Tableau).
Expectations
I am currently based in Portugal and I prefer having a remote or hybrid job. I have experience of working with teams in different time zones so time difference would not be an issue for me. I want to have a possibility to apply my existing skills and knowledge and have an ability to constantly learn and grow either vertically or horizontally.
