Summary

I recently graduated from Cranfield School of Management with a Masters Degree (Business & Management). During my previous work experience as a software engineer at Capgemini in India, I learnt a wide range of technical skills and developed expertise in .NET framework which has helped me to be efficient in programming. My experience has taught me to enhance my problem solving skills as well as prioritising tasks. During my student exchange programme in Taiwan, I developed skills in Artificial intelligence and helped me broaden my analytical skills as well. I have always been fascinated by people management as I had organised numerous events for Govt. and private bodies back in my hometown which shaped my leadership skills.

I have always had strong enthusiasm and determination to kick off my early career in the consulting domain. I have worked on numerous projects during my Masters as part of a team which helped me shape up my teamwork ability. Even during my internship with Ocado, I had worked within my team to deliver expected KPIs every week. I have a tendency to lead the team from the front, be it in sports or at work, as I am much more comfortable in communicating my ideas with my team and listening to theirs in order to reach the objectives of the team.
