Work within guidelines and reports to the Finance controller
Reviewing payment exceptions & on hold documents.
Produce routine payments to vendors and matching the check with backup for review by controller.
Ensuring monthly, quarterly and year close happen accurately and on time.
Ledger reconciliation
Investment accounting and reconciliations.

- I having 3.5 year of experience in Microsoft Office.

How many years of work experience do you have with Quickbooks?
- I having hands on 2.5 year of experience in QBO, QBD, Plexxis, & Netsuite.

How comfortable are you talking with Customers and Vendors in English?
- I can communicate comfortably with customer & vendors. In terms of rating Out of 5 I can give me a 3.5.

Yes, I can do work as per EST time zone & I have quite place where I can take the calls.
