Summary

Responsible for team management and undertaking all technical responsibilities for the delivery of engineering.
Reviews the project technical documentation and the contractual requirements.
Identifying problems and shortcomings with designed systems.
Prepare all test sheets and commissioning documentation.
Supervises site installation and commissioning activities.
Providing technical guidance to the team.
Attending assigned projects technical meetings required accomplishing installation phase.
Preparing and submitting reports to Technical Manager.
Providing technical support to team members.
Trains project engineers on programming, testing and commissioning activities.
Support pre-sales team in the design phases.
Performing and submission of all documentations and drawings that have to be approved by consultant like method statement, sequence of operation, internal wiring diagrams, etc.
Follow up assembling LCPs.
Attend technical meetings with main contractor, consultants or clients as may be required.
Supervising daily operations in the site, installation and termination of Field devices.
Preparation DDCs controllers programs that control mechanical, electrical equipment, etc.
Performing all programming activities for the DDC controllers as per approved sequence of operation to meet client and consultant requirements.
Performing software interface with 3rd party equipments like BACnet, Modbus, M-busetc.
Handover BMS system to the consultant/owner and get approvals as per approved design.
Training activities to the maintenance staff to be able to use the system easily.
Preparation handover documents like as built internal wiring drawings, programmed sequence of operation, O&M manuals etc.
implementing of building management system from scratch.
Revising LCPs wirings diagrams.
Revising shop drawings.
Supervision of installation and termination of field devices used for HVAC systems.
Programming Honeywell controllers of HVAC applications using care & coach Software's.
Programming LCPs that serve AHU, chillers & cooling towers...etc. using care Software.
Programming FCU, VAVs. etc. using coach program (Honeywell Software).
Checking all the wiring from DDC panel to Field devices.
Loop checking activities of the DDC Controller to the control room.
Commissioning of different types of field devices like Chilled water temperature sensor, Air temperature sensor, Damper & valve actuators, CO sensors, DPSetc.
Attend technical meetings with main contractor, consultants if required.
Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists project workers in solving work problems.
Performing software interface with 3rd party equipments like BACnet, Modbus, M-busetc.
Making graphics and integrate with other systems using Arena NX or Symmetry.
