Bioinformatics Scientist

Summary

I am a Bioinformatics associate, having an experience of 1.5 years in NGS data analysis (various NGS data analysis techniques). I've been working on Linux CLI (NGS Tools and general), R, Perl and Databases (TCGA, NCBI etc.) to analyze the TALEN's gene editing data, call the variants and annotate them, DNA methylation bisulphite seq analysis, survival analysis etc. I interact with the client directly to understand, resolve and deliver the client specific tasks in a very formal and well documented form. I've successfully analysed the gene editing data and been awarded for the same.

Expectations

I'm looking to learn more techniques and work more in bioinformatics field. Also, looking for more involvement in lead and managerial tasks.
