Summary

I'm a Bioinformatician with 2.5 years of experience in the clinical settings of Rigshospitalet, the largest hospital in Denmark.

As a bionformatician, I develop and deploy computational pipelines for the analysis of cancer patients genome and transcriptome.

I am mostly experienced with RNA-Seq and WGS data analysis, using Snakemake as a workflow manager, with GATK4, Python, R, and Bash scripting for the computational modules, and PostgreSQL as a database system.
