Biologist with bioinformatic emphasis. I'm proficient in Python, Bash, R and Rust. I have experience sequencing and processing data from Illumina and Oxford Nanopore technologies. Additionally, I have developed a pipeline for de novo mitochondrial genome using Oxford Nanopore. I'm open to different fields of bioinformatics, so far, I have interest in genetic and epigenetic. I have personal interest in learning machine learning and backEnd.
