Summary

I have gained extensive experience in Business Intelligence (BI) through my current role as a BI Consultant at Pirelli AMS & Prometeon Tyre Group, where I manage data checks and reconciliation using various tools such as ODI, OBIEE, and QlikSense. My primary responsibilities include finding root causes for data incidents, addressing and testing fixes, and performing changes to SSIS and ODI flows. I have developed a deep understanding of ETL processes, ensuring the smooth loading of data warehouses by monitoring, identifying, and resolving errors. My work also involves analyzing business requirements for system enhancements and maintaining existing ODI 11g flows. I collaborate closely with users to select the best solutions for various data-related issues and write technical documentation to support these processes.

In addition to my BI expertise, I have provided application support to Albanian universities as part of the Online Secretary project. I supported users with LMS, U-Albania, and other applications while also diagnosing and resolving system issues. My background in SQL databases and ticketing systems helped me deliver effective technical solutions and training to users.

This blend of hands-on experience with complex data systems and user-focused application support has honed my ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders, consistently delivering data-driven insights and solutions. My role in managing data integrity and system performance, coupled with strong communication skills, has equipped me to effectively contribute to any organization seeking to optimize its business intelligence functions.
