Successfully launched a new platform for 4K+ participants and implemented first open enrollment with third-party vendor.
Strategic HR Business Process & Benefits Compliance Management Resolved ongoing systemic issues by
researching and determining root cause, preventing future occurrences. Eliminated compliance issues related to COBRA
and ACA for the 20K workforce by determining the root cause and resolving the interface issues with HRIS.
Program Management & New Business Development Hired 4 personnel and oversaw training of the entire team to
execute Business Unit joint venture with other company to develop stand-alone HR Operations organization. Ensured all benefit
programs were up-to-date, mirrored, and set up to be stand-alone programs.
