Summary

As an ex-consultant, I have successfully managed a fair few cross-border projects, including Citibank Lean, FinTech Projects in KPMG, and with my own company, Blockchain software development projects for Financial Institutions.

LEAN for example, is one I was heavily involved with and co-worked with Indian colleagues to help reduce waste within the bank in order to lower its operating costs, working with people from different countries & culture again has given me the necessary patience to fully understand what others have to say on the matter at hand (and what their thoughts process are) before making any decisions.

KPMG was a unique experience, while working in Citibank has given me solid training, KPMG is where my career blossomed, be responsible for your own decisions. As a management consultant, I was tasked with building a service line from the ground up, which has given me the freedom to work with established companies & startups from various industries, I quickly gained the experiences & skill set to speak publicly, as well as managing expectation of C-level clients from big financial institutions.

Expectations

Helping companies and watch it blossom into a profitable business is and always will be my lifelong passion, I have all the necessary skills to help a market explore new markets through my two native language, English & Chinese (combined to be the most spoken languages in the world right now), as well as my understanding of eastern & western culture as well as adequate connections.
