Summary

I have 1 year of experience as a Java Backend Engineer at eBay where my biggest project included:
- Singlehandedly migrating the "saved searches" backend service (handing about 8 million records for about 300,000 customers) at eBay from MongoDB to an internal NoSQL database. I handled the coding, data switchover, testing, deployment and monitoring of the entire affair as an entry-level dev, meeting all the strict deadlines along the way.

Other than that, I have internship experience developing and maintaining an Angular webapp in TypeScript which was used by over 5000 customers of a fitness company every day. I also have extensive academic experience in Python, mainly using machine learning and statistical technologies.

Expectations

I am either looking for a full-stack or backend-focused role. I am open to learning any technology required. Mainly, I am looking for a cool team building a cool product. I am open to relocation as long as it's to a major metropolitan city.
