Summary

I am a back end software engineer with 2 years of experience. I have been involved in many projects and tasks throughout my professional career, and during this time I have gained knowledge and experience in many programming languages.

My area of expertise is the design, development and maintenance of high performance, scalable and secure systems. Besides, I have experience in database design, API development and cloud computing technologies.

Understanding customer requirements and transforming them into solutions appropriately is a priority for me. I attach importance to collaboration and teamwork, and we achieve success together by communicating with my project teams.

My goal is to follow the latest technologies by constantly improving myself and to add value to my customers' businesses by using these technologies in my projects.
I have achieved a high score in the UKVI IELTS exam, which serves as proof of my English proficiency. This certification demonstrates my ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, which is essential in a global business environment.

The biggest mistake of today's companies is that they do not allow their employees to evaluate their potential. Prejudices such as "You are not a 4-year university graduate, so you cannot be a manager" or "You are not a computer engineer, so you cannot be a software developer" may deprive you of the best manager, software developer, or other positions you can have for your venture. Therefore, it is necessary to trust the employees, believe that they will do better than their work, and be encouraged with various rewards. Otherwise, you will not employ a creative person you need for your venture, but a robot that only performs the task you give during working hours.
And in this scenario I don't want to be a robot but an employee who wants to do my job literally.

Expectations

My expectations in a new job for me are to deal with interesting and challenging projects, to develop technically, to participate in teamwork, to learn and use new technologies, to produce creative solutions, to work with different sectors and customers, to be able to manage a balanced time between business and private life, may include elements such as feeling appreciated and having the opportunity to progress. In addition, the support of my colleagues and a healthy working environment at the workplace are important to me.
