Summary

I have almost 6 years of experience as a Software developer which has been a mixed of both backend and full stack development.

For the past 1.5 years, Ive been working at Amazon as a Full-Stack Developer where Ive worked in hardcore product development lifecycles. During this time, Ive published multiple design and architecture related documents to drive the technical decisions within the team. Ive been mentoring 2 junior developer also providing guidance to business leaders on product roadmap and planning. In addition to that, I reduced our teams tech debt by 34% by refactoring and optimizing legacy code, developing Microservices and REST APIs. I also served as a Scrum master for a team of 10, contributing to sprint planning, leading backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Overall in my tenure the technologies I worked on included Java, Javascript , CICD Jenkins, Linux , SpringBoot, Microservices, REST APIs and AWS Services like AWS CDK, CFN, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, DynamoDB also have experience in ReactJs , nodeJs and Angular.

In my 5 years Ive worked for banking and insurance clients for almost 3 years that included firms like HSBC and Barclays. During my time at Barclays I worked on a Payment Protection Insurance Portal that used 14 micro applications to analyze a submitted insurance application.
Ive done similar work for HSBC as well.
During that time I developed a solid understanding insurance and banking business domain along with GDPR policies and other security mechanisms and policies related to payment processing, Personal data processing and general development best practices.
