Backend Engineer

Summary

Most recently worked as a Software Engineer at Chicago-based Conversational AI Startup for 2+ years. I worked on an event-driven service for real-time script delivery to call center agents. This script was the result of an LLM-based chatbot tool which guided call center agents on how to best resolve customer problems.

I've got experience in both the .Net and Spring Boot frameworks, and looking to continue expanding my experience and skillset in Data Engineering as it's always been my favorite part of software development.
