Summary

Company Experience:
Supporting Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) at an international company ranked 3rd in the world in Intralogistics as a leader in storage system design, manufacturing, sales, warehouse automation, and warehouse management software (WMS).
Assisting in the commissioning, go-live, and hyper-case phases of the companys largest WMS project worth $3.5+ million.
Customized, debugged, coded, and developed ten detail-oriented and innovative logistic modules, such as packaging, supply chain analysis, labor management, etc. Planning for a manual warehouse but will incorporate conveyor drones in the future.
Single-handedly carried out the commissioning, go-live, and hyper-case phases of ASRS system for NOW Health Foods largest factory and storage unit that included three shuttle drones, quality control sensors, and communication to Oracle.
Implementation at one of the biggest manufacturing plants of Mars Wrigley factories. Project included a storage unit connected to a production line, where stock would be sent to three stacker cranes and five conveyor drones, guided by a robotic manipulator.

Research Experience:
Used a modular multi-head printer to develop a method for multi-layer circuit and transistor printing called Form + Function 4D Printing that uses AI circuit building and neuromorphic architectures to embed artificial neural networks inside 3D printed prototypes.
Combined Pick and Place, resin printing and curing, solid extrusion and FDM printing to fabricate complete smart devices from a modular 3D printer with a single push of a button.
Multitasked and produced with high accuracy and excellent organizational skills conductive traces with resistances lower than 0.1 Ω, resistors of range 100 Ω to 10k Ω with control on their resistive properties, capacitors with both low and high operational voltages ±5 V up to ±400 V, and transistors with gate threshold voltages of 2 0V using 3D printed substrates with extreme surface roughness of ~15 µm. Required high attention to detail and interpreting data with strong analytical skills and high data quality
