PhD in Exercise Psychology and Behaviour Change - close to completion (April 2021, due to viva in June/July 2021). Knowledge around mixed-methods research, qualitative (semi-structured interviews, NVivo) and quantitative analysis (survey research, SPSS, R). Knowledge of behaviour change theory and mechanisms (COM-B, Stages of Change, Maintenance of Health Behaviours)
