Summary

Currently, working in the development of experimental models and therapeutic strategies for oncology and dermatology research.
Studied the self-renewal and differentiation mechanism of hematopoietic stem cells by using various transgenic mouse models. I used multicolor flow cytometry, cell sorting, bone marrow transplantation, animal cell culture and various molecular biology techniques to achieve my objectives. Got excellent experience in mice colony maintenance and setting up different breeding strategies.
I have worked on target-based cancer drug discovery projects. I have established different in-vitro bioassays for the screening of protein-specific modulators. I have high experience in various techniques like animal cell culture and cell line maintenance, Expression and purification of proteins, Fluorescent microscopy, Protein based screening of small molecules, Screening of small molecules in 2D and 3D cell culture and their mechanism of action by FACS, si-RNA transfection and various other cell viability assays. I also have experience in the generation of in-vivo breast cancer and skin cancer model for study of anticancer activity of compounds.
Besides the benchwork, I have experience in lab establishment and maintenance. I have excellent ability in data analysis, organization, scientific literature writing, and publication, perform collaborative work with different expertise and project leadership
