Summary

I have almost 18 years experience working in microfinance (12) and Fintech (5.5). I have done a career change twice before and developed my skills to expert level in both instances.

I am looking for an opportunity to learn something new in a role that will also be able to benefit from my transferrable skills as a seasoned professional.

I have had experience setting up a new department from scratch as well as picking up heading a department with no handover and no documentation. In both instances, I have played a key role in defining processes, training and coaching staff as well as documentation of processes and user manual to be used by staff and in some instances end customers where the documentation is related to the system features.
