Android Developer

Summary

I have about 2 years of experience working as a full time native Android developer focused on functionality relating to telecommunications. I know the latest Android best practices, and I have been integral in building Android applications and libraries from the ground up using languages like Kotlin and Java and implementing libraries such as Retrofit, Room, Jetpack Compose, XML layouts, Firebase, and Koin. Before my full-time professional experience, I gained experience as a developer at two unique internships spanning the course of over a year total. I graduated from Hendrix College in 2022 with a BA in Computer Science. At college I received awards from Competitive Programming competitions, and I worked on many extracurricular computer science projects with other students and faculty.

Expectations

I am looking for a job where I can build real applications that benefit real people or companies. I want to work on projects that have a strong identity and that have a clear future. I would prefer to work on native Android development, but I also have experience in cross-platform work with Flutter that I would be open to working on.
