New Grad experienced in areas of Consulting, Project Management and Networks. My most recent internship involved streamlining a not-for-profit's IT model to optimize donor collections; through performed quality assurance, system integration and user acceptance testing of enterprise implementations for the IT department I was able to aid the organization in reducing its quantum of reported technical issues by 40%. The proposed solution of migrating from the existing legacy system was successfully adopted in 3 months! Currently, I am studying towards completing my certification in CompTIA Security+.
