Tasked with kick-starting a silicon-valley cybersecurity SaaS software start-up company. Worked through Managed SOCs, Direct sales, and MSPs in order to protect public-facing mobile apps from insider threats and APT hacks.
	Responsible for all P & L going from zero revenue to positive revenue.
	Structured the direct sales and channel sales organizations.
	Hired and trained 2 direct sales rep to work alongside a 3-person channel sales team.
	Acquired healthcare system client, international soft drink client, large insurance company client, a waste management client, and a large national association client.
	Restructured channel organization resulting in the addition of 16 new partners.
	Created product integration of our solution into an IBM product where we then became an IBM Business Partner.
	Invited speaker for IBM international conference.
	Developed all marketing, sales, training, and channel partner collateral.
