IT Chatbot
Designed and implemented an IT chatbot for the organization leveraging state-of-the-art technology known as
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Created the TruLens dashboard to objectively assess the quality and efficacy of the IT chatbot through feedback
mechanisms. Leveraged these insights to develop a cost-effective and high-performing chatbot solution.
Netskope AI plugin
Designed and implemented a Netskope AI plugin to interactively query Alerts and Events data within the
Netskope Tenant, harnessing the power of Amazon Bedrock. Empowered users to inquire about specific data
points through the Chatbot, dynamically generating URLs based on their queries and seamlessly retrieving and
presenting relevant information.

Expectations

The new job should be AI and ML focused. Also there should be scope of learning new technologies. I am looking for a remote option but also available for hybrid options. I am excited in working with Generative AI.
