Summary

I am a Business Agility Coach who specializes in helping companies optimize and improve their Business Operations by working closely with leaders and teams.
I coach Operations leaders and teams to help them understand the root causes of the blockers they face and then show them how to apply the values, principles, and practices of Business Agility to solve them and become a high-performing organization.
My specialty is combining the best of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking in what is now being called Business Agility, to drive individual and organizational performance improvements.

As an Agile coach, the ideal brief for me includes a clear outline of the project's objectives and goals, and an understanding of the organizational context, including its culture, structure, and existing processes. It should detail key stakeholders, the scope of the Agile transformation, the challenges and pain points to be addressed, available resources, and any constraints. Additionally, a clear timeline with milestones, the criteria for success, and an indication of the organization's flexibility and adaptability requirements are essential. This comprehensive information allows me to tailor my approach effectively to the organizations specific needs and goals.
