Conduct Review meetings for the Product with End users and Stakeholders.
Expedite Deliverables through Continuous Integration
Expedite Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospective meetings.
Worked with the POs, Release Train owners in defining the Scope of work for Sprint and
Program.
Working with multiple teams as Scrum Master and facilitate them as required.
Time estimation based on epics, Features and also stories as applicable.
Developing schedules for deliveries in different phases so that proper feedback is obtained at
the earliest.
Predicting Risk as and when applicable based on the situation.
Reporting progress on the project to the stakeholders.
Conduct Demo or Feedback sessions with Stakeholders as part of continuous Improvement.
Trained & facilitated team members align with agile processes
Protected team members from interferences to maximize productivity.
Remove impediments and protect team members to maximize productivity.
