Summary
I understand that in a company , managing the agility throughout the verticals is challenging .
While most of the time other SM focus on just what needs to be done, I had touched the lives of at the least 100 people who would thank me for letting the develop the Agile habits and improve the productivity and implicitly bringing in more scores on Customer satisfaction.
Given an opportunity , I would double up as an Agile Coach in two quarters time, touching at the least 50% more lives and making the lives of Strategy, HR , IT and Finance a little better than what It is today.
So here I am ready to be a Scrum Master, a Process leader, facilitator , mentor , coach and more importantly a vehicle for Agile Transformations.
