Currently working as Agile Coach/Scrum Master.
Conduct trainings with regard to Agility for new associates
Ensure implementation of Agile practices.
Identify Agile Anti Patterns in teams and take measures to rectify them
Ensure the Sprint activities i.e., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Call, Retro and Review are conducted in right manner without any deviations
Prepared current state (AS-IS) and future state (TO-BE) process maps by using Business Process Management Notations.
Work with the Development Team and Product owner for Sprint planning.
Prepare reports based on Burn down Charts and participate in Scrum of Scrums
Prepare schedules for planned releases is advance
