I am an experienced agile practitioner having guided enterprises through agile transformations across multiple business domains. I have experience in working with individual teams as well as across scaled programmes having held roles as Release Train Engineer, Group Scrum master and senior scrum master. My approach is always to account for the particular business context and tailoring my approach appropriately for the specific constraints and complexity level of the enterprise. I am certified as a scrum master through agile alliance (CSM), scrum.org (PSM)and SAFe (SSMC).
