Summary

I have recently completed my Masters in International Relations from University of Manchester. I have 8 yrs of experience in banking sector with various customer, management and administrative skills. I also have 3 other Masters in English, sociology and Public Administration. I also have experience working in an administrative department in banking sector.
I have immense experience in different aspects like customer care, marketing, administrative, human resource, customer onboarding and video KYC. Dealing with customers and clients directly in branch and also through video call during my tenure in the Video KYC section as well as through phone calls in the Help Desk. I have experience in setting up an operational BCP (Business continuity Plan) for 2 of the sections I had worked in during the COVID-19 Pandemic and floods in my State. I have first-hand experience in drafting and implementation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for the Transaction Banking Department in the Bank.
I used to take part in continuous meetings between our executives, staff and stakeholders on regular basis while working in the department. I have worked in small and big teams, mentored Juniors, given training to new staff and worked collaboratively in different sections with improved performance and maintaining TAT (Turn Around Time). Having worked in a department of more than 150 people, has made me capable of managing people, working in a committed manner as a team while understanding the needs of an organization. I also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
