Administrative Assistant

Summary

I am a detailed oriented graduate of education and chemistry with two years of customer service experience. A trained virtual assistant with alx_africa where I graduated with honors.

During my program my alx I learned soft skills such as Communication, organization, adaptability, proactiveness, prioritization, resourcefulness, and Problem-solving.

Hard skills such as managing clients' inboxes, creating slides/presentations, data entry, managing calendars, taking meeting minutes, labeling and filling electronic forms/ documents using apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google docs, Google sheets, Google Drive, and google forms.

As a volunteer, I have worked with various teams to successfully host both online and virtual events with participants ranging from 25- 200.

I lead a support group for first-time mothers and I have grown this group from zero to about 80 women in less than two years.

I love helping people achieve their objectives.

Expectations

I look forward to working with great minds, becoming a better team player, and helping achieve objectives effectively and efficiently.

I am also open to volunteer roles that can help me gain more experience.
