Summary
I started my career in the path of business management as my interest resided in the aspect of the process involved within the management side of running a successful business. The subjects involved within the course were namely accounting, computers, public relations, and communications. College allowed me to explore my various interest and allowed me to inherit a newfound one with in the technical and theoretical aspects of systems. Upon starting my career at Capaciti I was introduced to various courses which not only allowed me to learn and engage in new practical skills it also introduced me to a peak interest within the aspects of Zendesk such as creating flows and automations. This interest allowed me to grow my various skill sets and master my abilities within critical thinking and project management. I was continuously learning new logic and ways to complete my tasks assigned and tasks researched. Through my growth and development at the company I was fortunate enough to find my passion within the various allocated tasks, I was also continuously challenged which never allowed me to plateau as I kept overcoming the challenges faced. My strengths lie within my ability to critical think as when I experience a issue I use it as an opportunity to grow and overcome any problems encountered. My time management skills have improved tremendously as I was always faced with tasks that required a time frame. My ability to project manage is well rounded as I was faced with many group projects which needed me to step up and get the task done. I am continuously challenging myself as I am never satisfied with mediocre results.
