Some of my greatest achievements is the fact that I have helped companies in all sized to implement new ways of working and connecting dots where other might have difficulty seeing.

First and foremost I expect clear communication. Other expectations I have from a new workplace is a collaborative environment, supportive leadership, work-life balance, an inclusive and respectful environment. Of course this also includes possibility for growth, fair compensation and also any needed training or support.
