Summary

I analyze trends, forecast modeling & historical data for the distribution of products from purchase orders. I work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with our warehouses and suppliers, monitor changes in the marketplace, and present detailed near and long-term plans to executive leadership. I use intelligence reporting tools and statistical software to generate daily and weekly supply and data plans, which assist in the decision-making process and communicate intel to our retail and warehouse operations.

Prior to this, I navigated ERP systems, compiled reports, and gathered all accounting and financial data for daily business reports. I reconciled accurate counts of pending transfers and analyzed inaccuracies of monetary values through various movements while tracking billing resolutions and disputes. I also accelerated daily bookkeeping operations with attention to accounts receivable, CRM, and accounts payable.

Furthermore, I have experience in member service, where I have maximized 100%-member satisfaction by supplying outstanding customer service and researching member needs, troubleshooting escalating concerns regarding invoices, and accounts receivable requisitions.

In addition to my work experience,. I possess various skills such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), BI, SAP, Tableau, Salesforce, revenue modeling & forecasting, retail partnerships, sales & distribution, customer service, contract negotiations, account management, procurement, marketing, data analysis, pricing, logistics, Microsoft Office (Excel), and Google Suite. I am also fluent in business-level speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish.
