Im a customer-focused Account Manager with experience driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth across a large portfolio of SaaS customers. Most recently at ZoomInfo, I managed approximately 180 existing SMB accounts, where I built strong relationships, delivered impactful product demos, and consistently identified opportunities to expand business through referrals and strategic outreach. I also maintained accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce and Clari, while partnering cross-functionally to close deals and ensure customers saw real value from the platform.
