Over 5 years of experience in various tech companies across Account Management, Client Solutions, Operations and Key Accounts roles. I have gained a foundational knowledge base in MediaTech and Supply Chain and Logistics Tech with a passion for using data to solve complex problems. Skills include leading client meetings and QBRs, presenting KPIs and other key metrics to executive stakeholders, navigating tech platforms and working cross functionally with product, customs and operations teams internally and externally. During my time at Flexport, I managed the largest client in LA known for being the highest cost-to-serve among other trial and enterprise accounts in my book of business.
