Summary

My role is US Account Manager and my responsibility is serving US client requirements in IT domain. I am responsible for complete recruitment life cycle-like getting the requirement from the account manager to place the candidates at the client office . You can say I am doing end to end recruitment for my US clients.
Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing resume from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Techfetch, Job Diva, Ceipal and Linkedin),
Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
