US Based Virtual Office Assitant

Job Description

We're seeking a talented Virtual Office Assistant to join our EEC Irrigation team, supporting our US-based operations from the comfort of your own home office.

Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch administrative support to our team, handling tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry
* Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors
* Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
* Develop and implement efficient processes to improve workflow and productivity
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
* Proven expertise in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.)
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
