Location: Auburn Hills, MI (100% Onsite)

Are you passionate about vehicle testing, validation, and program execution? Join us as a Test Planning Engineer and take ownership of managing integrated test plans to ensure robust propulsion system validation for our next-gen vehicle programs.
What You'll Do:
Define and manage the Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for full vehicle propulsion validation
Collaborate with propulsion engineering teams to gather and align DVP&R inputs
Coordinate vehicle and bench (dynamometer) testing requirements across all build phases
Track and process part orders, prototype vehicle needs, and test resource planning
Analyze scope/timing changes and recommend risk mitigation strategies
Support part identification and delivery to ensure readiness for test cell setup
Lead planning activities to optimize test vehicle counts and resource allocation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
35 years of experience in powertrain/propulsion systems, electrification, or bench testing
Ability to manage complex data and multi-program timelines
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication across cross-functional teams
Preferred:
Background in vehicle validation, program management, or vehicle testing
Familiarity with web-based tools for project tracking and part ordering
