Job Description- Tele Sales Executive/Sr. Executive
Probe patients during a telephonic conversation in order to understand their need. Provide a Digital Therapeutics solution to them with a consultative approach and convert the leads.
Primary Responsibilities:
	Tele Sales executive should dial at least 120 calls a day with a minimum 200 mins of talk time.
	Initiate telephonic conversation to understand patients requirement, assess the same and sell a relevant Digital Therapeutics solution to the leads provided to them from various online and offline channels like Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors, etc (No Cold Calling)
	Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
	Following up with the prospects as per their requested time and closing the sales within the sales cycle
	Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive environment.
Soft Skills:
	Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch in a consultative manner
	Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy where ever required on the call.
	Should have good listening skills
Eligibility:
	Telesales experience of 18 month or more (at one organisation)
	Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
	Multiple Languages will be an add on benefit.
