Job Description

Tele sales executive for Personal Loan Division

o Should have good command over English and Hindi language
o Should have at least 6 Months to 1 year of telesales experience in Personal loan division of any bank/NBFC or any other DSA
o 6 days working /Sunday and all National Holidays will be off
o Salary max 12K to 20K basis the current experience and last drawn salary of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers for a personal loan requirement.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Passionate about achieving the sales targets and earning extra incentives
Should be self-motivated and have a desire to excel in a challenging environment
Should be motivated to earn more by over achieving the targets
