Role: Techno lead / Technical Lead

Experience : 6- 8 years

Location : On site _ Trivandrum Location - Technopark

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

Requirements : Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in technical solutions.

People Management:

Lead and manage high-performing development teams to achieve project objectives.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.
Create a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Project Management:

Apply solid understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and business goals.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate open communication channels.
Effectively handle team / people responsibilities

Problem Solving:

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proactively identify and address technical challenges to ensure project success.
Automation and Technology Exposure
Possess experience with relevant technologies, tools, and frameworks in the automation stack (preference for Python but not mandated).
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance development processes.
